Terms and Conditions for the Sound Dojo DJ Courses / Services
 

Courses & Services Overview: This document outlines the terms and conditions for participation in any Courses and Services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") offered by Sound Dojo (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). By enrolling in the Service, participants agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Payment:

• Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.

• Payment: Payment for the Service must be made in full by the specified deadline. The s fee is non-refundable.

3. Individual Participation: Only the individual who has registered for the Service is eligible to participate. Sharing of registration or participation is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Dates: The Service will take place on the dates specified in the Service schedule provided to participants upon registration unless specified otherwise. 

• Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled dates in the Service. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the Service for excessive absences, tardiness, and re-reschedules.

6. Make-Up Service: In the event of a participant's absence due to unforeseen circumstances, one (1) make-up time may be arranged, subject to availability and the Organizer's discretion.

7. Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the Service.

• Respect: Participants must show respect for instructors and fellow participants. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination from the Services without a refund.

9. No Refund Policy: The Service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including participant withdrawal or termination from the Service.

10. Media Release: By enrolling in the Service, participants grant the Organizer permission to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured during the Service for promotional and educational purposes.

11. Ownership: Any music compositions, mixes, or other intellectual property created by participants during the Service remain the property of the respective creators.

12. Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Service.

• Insurance: Participants are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage for personal belongings and health.

14. Termination: The Organizer reserves the right to terminate a participant's participation in the Service for violations of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior, without a refund.

15. Service Changes: The Organizer may make necessary changes to the Service schedule and will make reasonable efforts to inform participants in advance.

16. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of Harris County and resolved in the courts of Harris County.

17. SMS Messaging Terms: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Commerce Boys LLC DBA Sound DoJo about class reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

By enrolling in the Service, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
