1. How much do the DJ classes cost, and are payment plans available?

Our beginner class is $1,200, advanced is $1,000, and professional is $900. We offer flexible payment plans for each course. You can reserve your spot with a $150 deposit and then choose between weekly or bi-weekly payments to cover the remaining balance. Private lessons are also available at $150/hour, either at our facility or your residence (travel distance may incur an additional fee).
 

2. What days and times are the classes held?

Classes typically run twice a week in the evenings.

• Beginner: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7 PM – 9 PM

• Advanced: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6 PM – 8 PM
  Each course runs for one month. You’ll receive your full schedule and calendar upon enrollment.
   

3. I don’t have DJ equipment. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Sound Dojo provides all the DJ gear you’ll need during class. Whether you’re starting from zero or waiting to invest in your own setup, we’ll make sure you can dive right into hands-on learning.
 

4. What styles of music do you teach?

We cover a wide range of genres—hip hop, Latin, house, EDM, R&B, and more. We help you build a foundation while also guiding you toward developing your own sound and DJ identity.
 

5. How do I sign up and secure my spot?

Just email us or fill out the contact form at wearesounddojo.com. We’ll send over an invoice with the option to pay in full or start with a deposit. Once the deposit is received, your seat is locked in. Spots are limited and often fill quickly!
 

6. Do you teach DJ classes in Spanish? / ¿Enseñan clases de DJ en español?

Yes, we do! We offer bilingual instruction and Spanish-only options for students who prefer to learn in Spanish. Our goal is to break language barriers and make the art of DJing accessible to everyone. Let us know your language preference when signing up, and we’ll match you with the right instructor.
